Annie O'Sullivan has been licensed since 2011. She digs until she knows exactly who a house is going to sell to, then markets it straight at them. She also handles a lot of clients buying and selling at the same time, so what should be two stressful transactions turns into one plan they can see coming.
Jimmy B has been licensed since 2011 and takes the negotiation. He works out what the other side actually needs, which is rarely the first thing they asked for, and builds the terms around that.
